Amazing selection considering location though most things are quite expensive. Large selection of wine. Decent selection of fruits and vegetables with meh to high quality depending on the item. I got some organic kale that was very fresh and a good price. I opted not to buy the salad mix I usually purchase as it is too expensive here. Service is fine and ambiance is good.

Great grocery store with lots of high-end foods, beverages, and snacks. We don't make it to Gualala very often, but we will certainly go back there when we do.

A surprise! Such carefully curated selections across the board here and they really did have just about everything we wanted and needed in this small town. If you are looking for a large market merch type fare you won't find it here... maybe that is why it even smells clean and fresh unlike big box grocery stores. Give this a go!! Booze, great sausages in the meat counter, and fresh veggies etc.

Super friendly staff, very clean store, fully stocked shelves, fresh produce. What's not to love?

For a small market, they have an enormous alcoholic beverage department, larger than our local full-service grocery store. The selection is quite impressive. We bought a couple of made-to-order sandwiches at the deli. The price was reasonable for the size and quality. The prices in general were in keeping with the remote and isolated location. In other words, high, but with the cost of getting items to Gualala, worth the cost if you need something.

The Market is cute with artisanal treats and trinkets. Nice for tourists, I picked up some Gualala stickers and fudge. I Don't recommend the deli in the back, my sandwich was very skimpy with hardly and turkey.

List: wine produce Fire logs Cheese Salami Yogurt Beanies Take n' bake bread Eggs Beyond Beef Breakfast Sausage Avocado Banana Milk Impressive inventory- lots of the staples, Gualala beanies, nice dish towels, meats, cheeses, dairy case, .... Bummer that the produce was awful, overripe zucchini & squash, white mushrooms morphing into brown mushrooms, you really have to pick through everything. Anyway, the only other grocery store is across the street, and you'll be driving a very long time if you miss this turn in the road.

Excellent supermarket. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. They have ways of sourcing for items that I have not seen at home. We must've visited 5 times over the course of 3 days that we were here in Gualala. We tried their white lightening apricots sourced from Washington. OMG!!! Missing out since they were super yummy and sweet. They also carried a lot on imported goods from Japan. Didn't get to try their deli sandwiches but we did get to try their bbq ribs. They have a setup in front of the store and you get see the ribs, chicken and tri tip cooking. Awesome store... wish we had something like this here at home.

Surf market is impressive -- amazing selection, interesting brands, can easily rival WF. Service was excellent at least on my 2 visits. Also features - good coffee via Peets
